HOW TO FIND US (By Car)

Go through the town until you reach the sea front, and drive along the sea front with the sea on your left. You will pass the Grand Pier (on your left) and the Winter Gardens (on your right). After the Winter Gardens, take the next turning to the right (at the Cabot 5 Bars Pub ... also on this corner is The Old Thatched Cottage Restaurant). Take the next turning LEFT at Weston College (into LOWER CHURCH ROAD ). Go straight up Lower Church Road , past the Parish Church ; round a sharp left hand bend ... VICTORIA PARK is the STREET on your RIGHT having gone round the left hand bend. We are opposite the QUEENSWOOD HOTEL. Park anywhere in the cul-de-sac.

HOW TO FIND US (WALKING)

Walking along the Prom from a southerly direction (walking with sea on your left), go past the Grand Pier (on your left) and Winter Gardens (on your right) and continue past the row of Hotels on the front with tables and chairs and sunshades etc. (Smiths Hotel to The Old Colonial Hotel). Turn right into the Pay and Display car park adjacent to The Old Colonial Hotel. Keep straight ahead, but slightly to the right when in the car park, and go up the steps at the back of the car park.

In front of you is a triangular walled garden, so turn a few paces to the left, and then straight up the hill; cross straight over the cross roads (you are crossing Upper Church Road ) and into Victoria Park (which is just a street ... a cul-de-sac. It isn't a park!). You will see the Queenswood Hotel (ETC 3*) on the left of the street; we are on the right.

This is not the shortest route, but the easiest to explain. You can also walk down the pedestrianised High Street, turn left into South Parade, go round the corner in front of the Royal Hotel and walk up Lower Church Road . Victoria Park is on the right just after the left hand bend.
